Planning Ahead - Guidelines

• Submitting the "Planning Ahead" event form allows your event to be considered for posting to “Planning Ahead” as further defined by these guidelines.

• The organization publishing the event must be a not-for-profit or working on behalf or donating the proceeds to a not-for-profit.

• The organization publishing the event must have an office or chapter in Westchester County.

• All events must take place in Westchester County.

• The event must take place with in one year of date of submission to Planning Ahead.

• Only events with in two months (space permitting) of publication date will be featured in Westchester County Business Journal “Planning Ahead”. Events listings more than three months out will be featured on the Hospitality Resource Group (HRG) website.

• Incomplete forms will not be published. HRG will take every measure to publish information accurately but is not responsible for verifying incorrectly submitted information. The information must be provided and verified by the host organization We reserve the right to reject or modify any listing that does not fit these criteria.
